Tip

WooCommerce utilise l’API REST WordPress avec une authentification par clé consumer. Le serveur MCP encapsule ces points de terminaison afin que Claude puisse lire les données de votre boutique aux côtés de Brevo. Assurez-vous que l’API REST WooCommerce est activée sous WooCommerce > Réglages > Avancé > API REST.

Configuration

Étape 1 : Créer des clés API WooCommerce

  1. Dans l’administration WordPress, allez dans WooCommerce > Réglages > Avancé > API REST
  2. Cliquez sur Ajouter une clé, définissez les permissions sur Lecture et générez
  3. Notez votre Consumer Key et Consumer Secret

## Rules
- ONLY sync customers, not guest checkouts (unless email matches existing contact)
- NEVER overwrite Brevo data if WooCommerce field is empty
- ALWAYS validate phone to E.164 format before sync
- Handle WordPress roles: "customer" and "subscriber" only (skip "administrator", "shop_manager")
- Track events: woo_sync_success, woo_sync_error

## Recovery Sequence

- Respect opt-out preferences per channel
- WooCommerce guest carts: only recover if email was captured at checkout start
