Best practices

  1. Naamgeving: gebruik beschrijvende bestandsnamen met datums, zodat je ze snel terugvindt
  2. Records koppelen: koppel bestanden aan alle bijbehorende deals, bedrijven en contacten
  3. Versiebeheer: neem versienummers of datums op in de bestandsnaam
  4. Grootte beheren: comprimeer grote bestanden voordat je ze uploadt
