# BigCommerce Integration Guide

Tajo’s BigCommerce connector is in progress. The code exists, but it has not yet passed a run against a live BigCommerce store.

Tajo has no BigCommerce app. The connector authenticates with a store API account access token, and it registers no BigCommerce webhooks: data arrives when a sync reads it.

## What the code does

- Reads customers, newsletter subscribers, customer addresses, orders and catalog products, and uses the modification date to read only what changed.
- Updates a customer’s email, name, phone and company.

## Not available today

- Real-time updates through BigCommerce webhooks
- Abandoned-cart recovery
- Multiple storefronts
- Inventory and back-in-stock tracking
- Loyalty programs, B2B company accounts and customer groups
